My name is Paige. I’m a mom, entrepreneur, full time traveler, photographer, quilter, and Airbnb designer. I’m passionate about helping others chase their dreams and find joy every day.
With 13 years in the design industry and a background in Anthropology, I started Hayes & Co. Interiors four years ago when my husband and I decided to step away from traditional careers. We sold everything, bought an RV, and began traveling full-time.
As a frequent guest and a lover of how people can connect with the stories of spaces through design, I forged a path into a new market- virtual short term rental design. While this is a common practice now- it wasn’t then. I was able to pioneer a reliable design process that has now been used on hundreds of properties across the country.
Now, I’m dedicated to sharing these systems with others, helping Airbnb hosts and designers create unique, beautiful spaces that bring success—no matter the market or property.
My goal is for everyone to live their own version of success, just like we do every day. Ready to start?

In addition to designing properties nationwide, we also teach and mentor others on how to do it as well, and provide as much support to women who are building their own businesses as possible.
We have pioneered an incredible team structure, where give designers who have completed all of our trainings, tests, certifications and qualifications the opportunity to apply to our Co-Design program. Co-Designers work directly with me on our client projects in a tiered capacity, until they are comfortable and completely ready to take on projects themselves… with the idea that they will be able to take what they have learned and go on to scale their own successful businesses. The designers you’re seeing here are our A-team. They’ve designed multiple projects with me, and absolutely crush our rigorous Hayes & Co. standards.
